I don't want someone who already decided to join the group to be sent back to a page meant for convincing people to join, since that isn't effective communication. I would prefer to customize a message that fits where they are in the "sales pipeline", like letting them know their profile is being reviewed and what they can do in the meantime. So I want the ability to send a pending member to any URL while they wait for approval.
