Today, many items can only be assigned a single access level. This idea is to let you select more than one access level for the same item, so you can share it with the right groups without duplicating content or changing settings back and forth.

With multi-select access levels, you could:

• Open a single course or event to multiple audiences (for example, different membership tiers)

• Share library items and channel content more flexibly across groups with different access rules

• Reduce duplicate versions of the same course/content made just to support different access levels

• Save time managing permissions, especially when running promotions, pilots, or limited-time access

This would apply to courses, events, library content, and channels.
