Sometimes a member needs a plan change that they can't (or shouldn't have to) make themselves. We're adding an admin option to change a member's subscription plan directly from the admin area.

What admins will be able to do

• Move a member to a different plan or tier (upgrade or downgrade)

• Fix sign-up mistakes, like a member picking the wrong plan

• Handle special cases like promotions and comped access without a workaround

• Keep memberships accurate without asking members to cancel and re-subscribe

Why it matters Support gets faster, there are fewer billing and membership issues, and it's a better experience for admins and members.
